Media Clorians Comunicação ("we", "the Agency") values your privacy. This Policy explains which data we process, for what purpose, how we use cookies on this site and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Information we collect

We process data in two situations:

  • Contact form: name, e-mail, company (optional), subject and message, which you send along with your confirmation that you have read this Policy.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: those strictly necessary for the site to work and, only with your authorisation, those used for audience measurement and marketing.

We do not request sensitive data, we do not make automated decisions about you, and this site is not directed at minors.

2. Purpose and legal basis

  • Form messages: to reply to you and follow up on the conversation. Legal basis: consent (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, I).
  • Necessary cookies: to make the site work (language, session, security). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Measurement and marketing cookies: to understand how the site is used and to measure campaigns. Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I). Nothing loads before your choice.

3. Cookies and how to control them

The cookies on this site fall into three categories:

  • Necessary (always on): they keep the basics working, such as your chosen language and the admin session.
  • Measurement (optional): aggregate usage statistics, used to improve the site.
  • Marketing (optional): measurement and remarketing of our campaigns.

When you arrive you are asked to accept, reject or choose by category. No measurement or marketing cookie is loaded before that choice. You can change your mind at any time through the "Preferences" link in the footer of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

4. Storage, retention and security

  • Form messages are kept in a restricted database, visible only to authorised Agency staff, and are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact.
  • The record of your cookie choice stays in your browser for 6 months; after that we ask again.

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the admin panel requires two-factor authentication.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. We share only what is necessary with:

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel), only if you authorise the corresponding cookies.
  • Infrastructure providers that host the site and the database, acting as data processors.

We may also share data to comply with a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.

6. Your rights

At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction; anonymisation or deletion; portability; information about who we share it with; and withdrawal of consent. Just write to contato@mediaclorians.com.br. We reply within the statutory deadlines.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this text to reflect legal changes or new features of the site. The version in force is always published on this page, with the update date at the top.
