The challenge

Since 2023, Media Clorians has created and produced materials for Getnet ranging from email flows to card machine manuals, packaging, receipt roll coupons and trade show booths. The work solves a problem common to brands with many touchpoints: keeping the identity consistent when each medium has its own technical rules.

The relationship began with an outdated email flow that didn't work well on mobile. It soon became clear the problem was bigger. The same merchant encountered Getnet in formats ranging from a few centimeters of paper to several meters of wall, requests came from different areas and products (Get Conta, Get Pay, GetMini), and many of the rules for each format were undocumented.

What we did

We started with the emails: we reviewed the content, cut excess text, reorganized the layout for smaller screens and reduced image weight. Since the sending tool was restricted to Getnet employees, we rebuilt the know-how from the old files, adjusted the pieces based on feedback from the live environment and trained a company employee to publish them.

Then came equipment manuals, sales guides, displays, packaging, receipt rolls and booths. Each medium was treated according to its function: a technical manual could not be handled as a scaled-down campaign piece, nor a sales guide as a bigger email.

Four meters from a thousand pixels

In 2025, a national campaign needed to fill a backdrop about four meters wide, and the only available image was a thousand pixels across. We upscaled the file in stages with artificial intelligence (Higgsfield and ComfyUI) and hand-corrected in Photoshop the distortions the process introduced. AI solved a limit conventional methods couldn't; the finishing was left to the human eye.

Results

The email standard created in 2023 is still in use. The manuals became a template: when a new card machine joins the portfolio, a structure is already in place to receive it. Each delivery made the next one easier, and that is how scattered pieces became a design system.
