Campaign
Lamb Weston Stealth in Latin America
The campaign was already done. The job was to change almost everything without it ceasing to be the same.
Project delivered in 2025
The challenge
In 2025, Media Clorians adapted for Brazil and other Latin American markets the global campaign for Stealth, Lamb Weston's frozen par-fried potato for bars, burger joints and restaurants. Sell sheets, videos, packaging, WhatsApp pieces and app banners came to exist in Portuguese and Spanish.
The material arrived finished and approved by headquarters, in English. There was freedom to adapt, not to redesign. But every small change had a visual consequence: sentences longer than in English, weights and temperatures in US units, QR codes pointing to destinations that made no sense locally, and elements that didn't even exist as editable files.
What we did
We worked piece by piece. We recomposed the copy within the existing structures, adjusting hierarchy and spacing to absorb the difference in length. We converted temperatures to Celsius and weights to grams, replaced QR codes and digital destinations, and rebuilt the elements that arrived only as images.
In the videos, some effects depended on After Effects plugins outside our setup. Swapping the effects would have altered a globally approved visual language, so we reproduced by hand what the plugin did. Every change, including the yield and portion data provided by the company, was presented to Lamb Weston before finishing.
Results
The campaign began to run in Portuguese and Spanish without looking like a translation laid over a foreign piece. It remained the same Lamb Weston campaign, now working in the markets where it needed to sell. The relationship moved on to requests beyond the initial package: magazine ads, website banners, packshots of other product lines and point-of-sale materials.
